Silverman Research has won two industry awards for its research with Unilever. You can download the full case study for this project as reported in Strategic Communications Magazine here.

In October 2011, Silverman Research and Unilever received the CIPD People Management Award for Excellence in Technology. The Awards are the UK’s most prestigious for recognising outstanding achievement in HR and people management. The judges were impressed with the level of innovation that “turned conventional wisdom on its head”. They said that the technology harnessed “a new way of thinking and conceptualising that really represents the essence of diversity”. The project was, concluded the judges, “ground-breaking and game-changing – not just for the technology they used but for the profession.”

In December 2011, Silverman Research and Unilever also received the Personnel Today Award for Excellence in Social Media for the same project. Judge Sian Thomas, Architect of Talent Transformation at Deutsche Bank, said: “Unilever has taken the business need and shaped a technology solution around it which has engaged its staff globally.”
