Michael is a psychologist and opinion research specialist, with a specific focus on social collective intelligence. He has worked in academic and commercial research, as well as working in-house for Unilever as Head of Employee Insight.
David is a psychologist and has been involved in business for nearly 20 years. David still owns Outpost Media, the PR company he founded in 2005 and also runs The Shoreditch Arch co-working space in London’s Tech city, providing specialist office space for tech start-ups. David brings wide and varied experience to Silverman Research and Crowdoscope, and is focused on developing our organisational, management and marketing initiatives.
Richard, a recent PhD graduate, has a background in Sociology and Technology, having worked on a study with the EPSRC and BT on the consumption of internet content and technology in the home. He is interested in the everyday behaviours of people, and the material integration of objects into routines.
Mandy, currently has completed her MSc in Occupational Psychology has a background in business psychology. She is experienced in employee research and international HR projects.
Reece, an MSc I-O and Business Psychologist, has published research on entrepreneurship, personality disorders and leadership. He is also interested in how Big Data can be used to increase innovation and employee engagement.
Charlotte graduated with a 2:1 in Sociology and Philosophy from Exeter University, and specialises in qualitative research. Trained in management and leadership by the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, Charlotte has an in-depth knowledge of the current issues facing the HR industry.
Charlotte has an MSc in Psychology from University College London. She has experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods and is interested in using tools that allow for a more thorough and valid understanding of people’s attitudes.
Miriam has an MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology. She has previously conducted research projects at Novartis, ABB and other organisations in varying industries, applying both qualitative and quantitative methods. She is interested in concepts such as organisational culture and change, organisational behaviour and employee engagement.
